4. AI Processing of Your Content
The Services use artificial intelligence models provided by third parties to generate code, designs, text, and answers. To do this, your project content (such as prompts, messages, uploaded files, and existing project code) is sent to AI model providers, which may include Anthropic and models such as DeepSeek accessed through the Vercel AI Gateway. Providers may change over time.
We use these providers' business and API offerings, and we do not sell your project content. We do not use your project content to train our own AI models. Each provider processes data under its own terms and policies. Do not include information in your prompts or files that you are not permitted to share with these providers.
5. Data in Apps You Build
Apps you build with the Services may collect information from your own visitors and customers ("App End-User Data"), such as form submissions, leads, bookings, or account details. For App End-User Data, you are the business responsible for that data, and we process it on your behalf to host and run your app.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect App End-User Data, for giving your visitors any required notices (including your own privacy policy), and for responding to their requests. We do not use App End-User Data for our own marketing.
6. Legal Bases for Processing
Where required by law, we process personal information based on:
- Performance of a Contract: Processing necessary to provide the Services you request.
- Legitimate Interests: Processing for our legitimate business interests, such as improving the Services, marketing, security, and fraud prevention.

9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Project content is kept for as long as your account or project is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we must keep it for legal or legitimate business reasons. Backups may persist for a limited period before they are overwritten. You are responsible for exporting any project you want to keep before deleting it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, passcodes, and service keys confidential.
